After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he served as a chief prosecutor for the republic, as a judge and as a chief justice of the criminal court successfully.
​
Arespected and beloved judge of Istanbul Courthouse, Mehmet Sadık Güney was known to be one of the most elegant member of the judiciary.
​
He passed away on duty at the age of 58.

As a legist, a writer and a republic prosecutor, Ä°smail Hakkı Ä°plikçioÄŸlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1949, served in Inebolu, MuÄŸla, Sakarya, Çanakkale, Istanbul and produced a lot of works of the law.
Apart from his duty as a republic's prosecuter he had a keen interest in arts, producing many works in the fields of painting and poetry.
To reflect the adage ''Justice is the Foundation of the State'' in real life, his outstanding service in founding the Zeytinburnu Courthouse is unforgettable.

After a life dedicated to law and justice and seeing his children and grandchildren become lawyers too, he passed away in 2015.
